The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pd999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, the above exclusion may not fully apply to you.
pd999 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any Account where:
In the event of Account closure due to breach or fraud, any Balance — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real-money balances will be returned to the User via a verified payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.
pd999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where practicable, by email notification to registered users.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
